EventMagic announces the acquisition of Custom Scenic Studios SAN FRANCISCO CA- Event Magic, the Bay Area's leading event service company announced today, their acquisition of Custom Scenic Studios, a veteran provider since 1993 of quality special event sets & painted thematic backdrops . Now a fully integrated unit of Event Magic, Custom Scenic Studios maintains a 12,000 square foot facility in Oakland and is a leader in artistic set design services for lavish parties and corporate events. Event Magic's expanding creative arsenal now extends into a variety of theme settings and props for large scale productions. In an effort to expand Event Magic's growing presence in the Bay Area, CEO Eddie Cantrell appointed Guy Harrington to assist with the integration of Custom Scenic into Event Magic's expanding array of event & production services. Harrington brings with him years of seasoned experience as an Art Director on films and via other roles in the film and events business. The staff of Event Magic includes many seasoned and skilled event service professionals who are among the Bay Area's brightest and boldest talents. The staff of Event Magic have worked with a slew of partners in the entertainment and hospitality fields from BGP to the BBC. Comprised of talented pros with years of valuable experience working in staffing & stage managing, lighting & electrical, web design & video production, Event Magic has the ability to tackle a variety of event tasks.
